This is the portal for Expressions of Interests (EoI) and applications for Individual Fellowships (IF). Note that only individuals with tenure or tenure-track positions within academic organisations that are contributing to LINXS' funding are eligible to submit EoIs. Currently this is Lund University. Individual Fellowships applications are open on invitation, either from an active core- or working group, or upon general calls from the LINXS Management.

Theme Expression oF INterest

The application for a Theme is slightly longer than the others, reflecting the significant resources that are brought to bear. Themes are evaluated and decided upon in just over a year. If you wish to make an EoI for a theme, make sure you discuss with management individuals first. The SAB advises and Management Group decides which Themes are approved.

Working Group Expression of interest

A working group is a set of individuals working under a theme to do something specific, such as organise a conference, workshops, schools, hackathons or a execute a research programme. Before you submit a Working Group EoI, make sure you discuss with the Core Group of the Theme. The Core Group reviews and advises on Working Groups and the Management team decides which ones are approved.

Individual Fellowship Application

Any external or internal fellows who can be said to be a  beneficiary of resources, either through their time paid in salary (internal), or by being hosted and receiving a per diem (external), must complete an IF application. This is generally done after invitation from the appropriate Core Group or Management, but can also be done after specific calls. The Management decides on IFs after advice and vetting by the SAB.
