Welcome to a joint event combining a workshop on algorithms for integrative structural biology as well as a CAPRI (protein interactions) meeting. The goal will be to present the current algorithmic state of the art in the modelling field and also to discuss the needs and unsolved cases with the experimentalists. We expect some of the talks to be experimental – these will be ‘negative cases’, unsolved structures, and future challenges.
